May is National Save Your Natural Teeth month, and Dr. Yap and Dr. Chen want to encourage you to spend some time each day doing simple things to ensure that your natural teeth remain with you for as long as possible.
Some easy tips include:
- Brush with fluoride toothpaste and floss for 2 minutes twice a day
- Don’t use your teeth to open things, bite very hard objects or chew ice
- Eat healthy and drink plenty of non-carbonated, water to keep your smile healthy
